I believe this photo was taken at Brandywine Regional Airport. The airport has undergone a lot of modernisation and redevelopment since this photo was taken (!) and today this spot is actually under the parking lot of the UPS distribution hub at 1200 Ward Avenue, West Chester, PA 19380. The original location has been noted on the map using VA 1968 aerial imagery.
